In Episode 2 of Baku Ane 2: Otouto Ippai Shibocchau zo! (also known as Baku Ane 2: I'll Drain My Little Brother Dry!), the story continues to follow Takesaka Munetaka, a young man who struggles with intimacy due to past trauma. His sisters, Ritsuka and Wakana, along with his cousin Momotani Mashiro, take it upon themselves to help him overcome his issues through intimate "lessons."
