The story follows Satoshi Ashifuji, a university student working part-time to support himself. Through a series of events, he becomes the manager of Kissuisou, a dormitory inhabited by women with various personal issues. While repairing the dorm's clock tower, Satoshi encounters Ibaraki, a self-proclaimed zashiki-warashi (a type of household spirit). Ibaraki warns Satoshi that the dorm's residents emit negative auras, and if left unchecked, the dorm will face a catastrophic misfortune within six months, leading to its demolition. To prevent this, Satoshi must "inject positivity" into the residents by engaging in intimate activities with them, using a mix of his own energy and Ibaraki's powers. This sets the stage for a series of comedic and erotic encounters as Satoshi attempts to save the dorm and his own future.
